A: Sydenham, South London. We're 20 minutes from London Victoria or London Bridge stations so we can get to most London businesses and homes within about an hour. We have customers throughout Greater London.

Q: Do you offer Apple Mac support for home users?
A: Yes, and our rates are specially discounted for home users! Call us for details.

Q: Do you offer discounts for educational and non-profit organisations?
A: Yes, for educational establishments and registered charities.

Q: Do you offer remote Apple Mac support?
A: Yes, we offer telephone support for Mac problems that don't justify the time and expense of a visit. We provide free software that allows you to temporarily share the screen of your own Mac with us. If we can see the your Mac's display as we walk you through a solution, remote support becomes a lot smoother. It's safe and secure and works through firewalls. Remote Mac support tends to work best if we've visited you once so that we know you and the way your own Macs are set up but it can often allow us to provide a solution for new customers, too. Please call and we'll do our best to help.

Q: Which operating systems do you support?
A: We've been offering Mac support since the days of System 6; today, we can comfortably support System 7, Mac OS 8, Mac OS 9 and all versions of Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server. Most of our customers currently use Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4) and Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5).

Q: Can you help with non-Mac problems?
A: Anything with a Mac connection, pretty much. We help with the iPod, the iPhone, networking, Open Directory, getting your contacts and playlists synchronised, wireless (AirPort) networks, data backup and restore, printing, regular maintenance and troubleshooting on Mac OS X, networking with Windows PCs (including Active Directory integration at the office), VPNs, firewalls and lots more.
