Q: Do you offer Apple Mac support for home users?
A: Yes, and our rates are discounted for home users. Call us for details.

Q: Do you offer discounts for educational and non-profit organisations?
A: Yes, for educational establishments and registered charities.

Q: Do you offer remote Apple Mac support?
A: Yes, we offer telephone support for Mac problems that don’t justify the time and expense of a visit. These days, we use Zoom, Slack or Apple’s built-in screen-sharing (via the Messages app on macOS).

Q: Which operating systems do you support?
A: We’ve been offering Mac support since the days of System 6 and System 7; today, we comfortably support all versions of MacOS (formerly Mac OS X). Most of our customers currently use macOS Catalina or macOS Mojave.

Q: Can you help with non-Apple technology?
A: Anything that involves Apple technology. We help with networking, getting your contacts, calendars and documents synchronised on Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones, iPads and so on; we help with data availability (backing up and restoring), printing, regular maintenance and troubleshooting on macOS, networking with Windows PCs, VPNs, firewalls and lots more. Most importantly: we help you get the most out of using your technology, and get you feeling more confident with it.

Q: What other services do you offer?
A: We provide specialised services for photographers (please visit Shoot Raw for more details) and custom web development. We write and maintain plugins to connect WordPress with Bullhorn, Vincere and Mandrill, as well as providing complex customisation.
