A: Yes, for educational establishments and registered charities.
Q: Do you offer remote Apple Mac support?
A: Yes, we offer telephone support for Mac problems that don’t justify the time and expense of a visit. We provide free software that allows you to temporarily share the screen of your own Mac with us. If we can see your Mac’s display as we walk you through a solution, remote support becomes a lot smoother. It’s safe and secure and works through firewalls. Remote Mac support works best if we’ve visited you once so that we know you and the way your own Macs are set up.
Q: Which operating systems do you support?
A: We’ve been offering Mac support since the days of System 6; today, we comfortably support all versions of Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server. Most of our customers currently use OS X Yosemite (10.10), El Capitan (10.11) and iOS 9.
Q: Can you help with non-Apple technology?
A: Anything that involves Apple technology. We help with networking, Open Directory, getting your contacts, calendars and documents synchronised on Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPods iPads; we help with data availability (backing up and restoring), printing, regular maintenance and troubleshooting on OS X, networking with Windows PCs, VPNs, firewalls and lots more.
